TIME BUILDING: FirstOffice takes over from Helio
Since 2020, FirstOffice, part of Corem Property Group, has rapidly grown to become a significant player in the Swedish coworking market. With 44 facilities and more than 43,000 square metres of workspace across nine cities, they have established themselves as a flexible and modern solution for small to medium-sized businesses. Now they take over from Helio in Time Building and invest in Kista.

AI-created mural sparks conversations in Kista
In the heart of Kista, an AI-generated mural challenging the boundaries between technology, humanity and art has taken shape. The impressive almost 30-meter-high and nearly 10-meter-wide mural is a collaborative project between The Kloud and cultural agency Kollektivet Livet.
Change is in the air
